            Trade-before-trigger checklist

            • Sorcerous Sundries: trade with Rolan / the Projection BEFORE confronting Lorroakan over Nightsong. The fight closes the shop.
            • Devil’s Fee (Helsik): ask about her real inventory and complete the House of Hope intro ritual BEFORE you trigger Raphael’s deal — once Raphael dies, the ritual no longer works.
            • House of Hope: loot the Vault, Archive, and Boudoir BEFORE you start the Raphael fight. The fight ejects you and locks several rooms.
            • Murder Tribunal: passing the Bhaal trial gives you the Bhaalist Armour + Crimson Mischief route; failing it means killing Sarevok the hard way. Decide early.
            • Mystic Carrion (Philgrave’s): buy the Hood of the Weave before you destroy the heart in the Mansion — once Carrion turns hostile, the shop is gone.

            Money tips (Act 3)

            • Stormshore Armoury (Dammon + Talli) takes the largest gold pile in the game — sell unwanted Act 1/Act 2 gear there.
            • Buy 2–3 Diamonds from Helsik (Revivify components) before the Iron Throne or Cazador fight.
            • Don’t waste gold on Lvl 1–3 scrolls in Sundries — at this point you can long-rest infinitely; reserve gold for Lvl 5+ unique scrolls.
